Protect religious beliefs
Re: “Heartbreaking,” by Diane Church, Saturday Letters, and “Money bulldozes standards,” by Pete Allen, Thursday Letters.
Boy, do I stand corrected. I assumed the Civil Rights Act would protect the rights of anyone who did not want to participate in something against their religious beliefs. It turns out, like some other laws (our immigration laws, the law against hiring illegals) it’s not always enforced.
